Jill joined Volpara Health in 2021. She brings more than 30 years of breast health industry experience and is uniquely equipped to help strategically accelerate Volpara’s mission. Prior to joining Volpara, the majority of her career was focused on mammographic breast imaging at GE Healthcare. Jill excelled in various leadership roles spanning from regional, national and global commercial positions. She was the commercial leader for GE Healthcare’s global automated breast ultrasound business, a technology focused on patients with dense breast tissue and the acceleration of personalized breast care. In addition, her operations experience includes certification as a Six Sigma Master Black Belt. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Virginia, and an MBA from Columbia University in NYC.
In this role, Spear will expand sales of the company’s breast cancer risk assessment, detection, imaging analytics and patient tracking software in North America. Jill is based in Greenville, South Carolina.
