Paul joined the Board in March 2018 and became Chairman a year later. He brings extensive commercial experience gained across a range of technology businesses, including SaaS businesses. Paul is currently Chair of Three SaaS companies, Figured, Volpara, Virsae and Director of Christchurch International Airport. He has held a number of executive roles in the transformation of businesses including Author-it Software Corporation, Air New Zealand, and Carter Holt Harvey. Paul is based in Wellington, New Zealand.
